I had an amazing time at the hotel, with breathtaking views of the Kinneret and excellent AC in the rooms. The terrace was a great addition, but the gym staff could use some improvement in customer service. The service from Shucky, who I think is the manager, was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms had very pale interiors and Breakfast was added for free, featuring good AC and a lovely view. The service was excellent overall, except for a minor issue with the staff at the gym who could use a lesson in customer service. The team went above and beyond to make us comfortable, particularly Shucky, whom I believe is the hotel manager. The location was perfect, situated on a hill in a very calm area, just in front of the Sea of Galilee. The dining experience was decent, and the facilities were great.
